GlaceWatch is a purpose-built, internal monitoring and transparency dashboard developed exclusively for managing my own self-hosted appscape — spanning various microservices, backend tools, and user-facing services across the ka0s.xyz and ka0s.cloud domains.

The platform provides real-time visibility into the operational state of my infrastructure, offering full lifecycle tracking for incidents, structured changelog publishing, and security vulnerability awareness. Designed to support personal DevOps workflows, it acts as the source of truth for what's happening across environments — from outages and bugfixes to major deployments and security disclosures.

Rather than being a generic SaaS product, ServiceMonitor is a tightly integrated internal system tailored to how I run and maintain my own projects, enabling full control, auditability, and operational clarity from the backend to production.
